Sandy
was born and raised on a small farm in South Georgia where she learned to drive a tractor before she did a car. However, after living in southern California for over 30 years, she feels like this is home. Her kids, a son and a daughter, attended the local public schools and graduated from California State University @ Northridge and still live locally with their families.

When not helping clients, Sandy enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with her famliy and friends.

is a true Californian-something you don’t hear of very often- having been born in the San Fernando Valley his family then moving to Valencia when he was in high school. Craig has 4 brothers and sisters which means a very big family when everyone is together with spouses and kids.

Keeping up with the current inventory of homes is critical. We want to make sure we don't miss a great home. This includes homes in the Multiple Listing Service, New Home Construction Sales, for sale by owners, pre-listings, and homes recently sold.

The role of Buyer Support Agent is enthusiastically handled by Vilda Franz. Vilda is charged with tracking the inventory of Santa Clarita Homes and matching our buyers with the best possible homes. Vilda closely monitors the supply of Santa Clarita homes and keeps Sandy & Craig and our buyers notified whenever a possible property becomes available. Vilda can then quickly make arrangements to get our buyers access to the homes. Once selected, Vilda coordinates with Sandy or Craig and the buyers to determine the best approach to obtain the home and execute the purchase documentation.

Vilda has many years experience working and living in the Santa Clarita area. She knows the neighborhoods, and what makes each neighborhood special and unique. Combined with the extensive Santa Clarita area knowledge and experience of Sandy & Craig, our buyers learn the pro's and con's of each potential home and neighborhoods before they buy.

Once Sandy and Craig have helped you purchase or sell your home, it still needs to get thru the Escrow process.

Sandy & Craig want to make sure your experience as a buyer, seller, or both is positive and with as little stress as possible. This is much easier when all of the transaction details, timeframes, paperwork, inspections and other critical steps are completed on time and that nothing falls thru the cracks.

To help make this all possible, the team member role of Escrow Closing Coordinator is professionally handled by Tracy Gallegos. Tracy works closely with Sandy & Craig to stay on top the dozens and dozens of steps necessary to protect, track, and monitor the progress of your transaction. Making sure the lenders, cooperating agents, escrow and title agents, inspectors and the many other parties to your transaction are meeting their responsibilities. Communicating with both Sandy & Craig and our clients so everyone knows what comes next while helping reduce the stess which naturally comes when a real estate transaction is in the escrow stage.

Tracy has many years experience iand adds an important support role to the Sandy & Craig team. Tracy is passionate about making sure our clients get the best care possible. She is skilled in using the tools, software and focus necessary to deliver the highest possible service to our clients. Tracy's personal experiences of buying and selling brings an understanding of the importance of communication and personal attention to the escrow phase of your home purchase or sale.
